Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clientele. The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to close high-value transactions in the premium real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities





* Drive sales of luxury residential properties and achieve assigned revenue targets.

* Develop and maintain robust relationships with HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.

* Conduct personalized property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits for prospective buyers.

* Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable luxury real estate solutions.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales relationship management.

* Collaborate with marketing teams for exclusive events, roadshows, and investor meets.

* Build strategic alliances with luxury brokers, real estate consultants, and international referral partners.

* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client databases, and pipeline reports.

* Represent the organization at premium networking events, exhibitions, and luxury real estate forums.

* Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client engage
