Role Description
The Management Intern role at JadeCaps is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily operations across business functions such as property management, partner relations, and guest experience,



assisting with process coordination and documentation. Responsibilities may include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to workflow improvements aligned with JadeCaps’ AI-first approach. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and help execute initiatives related to pricing, occupancy, and service quality. This role offers exposure to technology-driven hospitality, scalable operations, and brand-building in a fast-growing startup environment.
