Hardcore software development

Software standardization

Lead and support the team through successful FAT & SAT closure

Shop floor testing, trials & system proving

Onsite customer interaction, as required

WHAT YOU BRING BE/B.Tech Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics

PLC/HMI/SCADA: Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, Mitsubishi

Robotics: ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa

Vision System: Cognex, Sick, Banner, Leuze

VFD/Servo: Rockwell, Siemens, Festo, SEW, Parker, Lenze, Rexroth Hardware Knowledge:

Sensors: Sick, Leuze, Wenglor, P&F;

Safety: E-Stop, Light Curtain, Door Switch, Safety Relay, Pilz/Pizzato

Process Instruments: Temperature, Pressure, Level, pH, Conductivity (Wika, E&H;, Emerson, Baumer)

Software Skills: Ladder, FBD, STL, AOI, Faceplate, Global Object, Reporting, SQL, PlantPax Library, Customized Function Blocks

Proven experience leading and mentoring a team

Willingness to travel domestic and international for site commissioning
