The Finance Manager, Operations FP&A; is responsible for delivering core finance process activities and providing consolidation support for selected functions across budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and actuals reporting. The role partners closely with the functional teams to deliver insightful analysis, support decision-making, and drive cost discipline across the organization, including ad-hoc analytical support as required.
This position reports to the Director, Operations FP&A;, is part of the Cytiva Operations Finance team and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Own and operationalize the monthly close and forecast processes for selected business functions, providing clear analytics and commentary on actuals versus forecast, highlighting trends, risks, and potential overruns against targets.
- Apply zero-based budgeting principles and best practices to dr
