Position Overview

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be instrumental in building brand awareness, enhancing community visibility, and supporting lead generation for our senior retirement community.



This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with creative execution, leveraging digital and traditional channels to reach target audiences—primarily seniors, adult children, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, digital marketing acumen, and sensitivity to the unique communication needs of the senior living industry.

Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, and local online directories to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage the community's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), creating engaging content about resident stories, amenities, events, and wellness initiatives
