This Is Not a Normal HR Role

We are not looking for someone whose job is limited to attendance, offer letters, payroll processing, and maintaining spreadsheets.

We are looking for someone who wants to help build the
operating backbone of a company
.

You will work closely with the founder to define and implement:
- How employees are hired, onboarded, managed, recognised, and developed




- How the company’s values are translated into everyday behaviour
- How salaries, incentives, reimbursements, vendor payments, and collections are managed
- How financial information is recorded, reviewed, and reported
- How our finance and people operations become organised, compliant, and scalable
- How messy, founder-dependent processes are converted into reliable systems

You will be building the internal oxygen of the company: the systems that allow every other department to perform.

What You Will OwnFinance and Accounting Operations
- Implement and manage Zoho Books or a similar accounting system
- Record and categorise company income and expenses
- Maintain accurate books, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate customer invoicing, payment tracking, and outstanding collections
- Manage employee reimbursements and vendor payments
- Create monthly cash-flow, expense, revenue, and profitability reports
- Assist with budge
