Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead – Service Department to manage service engineers, ensure timely customer support, and improve service performance. The candidate will be responsible for team coordination, machine installation, troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, and service reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Service Engineering team.
- Plan and allocate service calls, installations, and breakdown visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
- Monitor service engineers' performance, attendance, and reports.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and training at customer sites.
- Coordinate with Sales, Spare Parts, and Technical teams.




- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, or Machine Tool service.
- Robust troubleshooting and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
