Job Description

We are looking for Lead Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers / Software Engineers .NET Full Stack to join our Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and enhance high-quality software components within the TGW architecture for global warehouse automation solutions.

You will work on complex technical modules, contribute to software architecture, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications. Based on your experience, you will also provide technical guidance and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular (preferred) or React.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop software for controlling and monitoring TGW mechatronic systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA,



Controls Engineering, and global development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to unit, integration, and system testing.
- Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence (Senior/Lead roles).

Required Skills
- 4–10 years of experience in .NET Full Stack development.
- Robust experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred) or React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL is an advantage.
- Understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
