Role Description
The TECHNICAL DESIGN & PRODUCTION HEAD is a full-time, on-site role based in Modinagar. This role oversees the end-to-end design and production process for fabricated products, ensuring technical accuracy, structural integrity, and compliance with quality standards.



The position involves leading the design team in creating detailed drawings and specifications, reviewing and optimizing production plans, and coordinating with procurement and fabrication units to meet timelines and cost targets. The role includes monitoring production performance, troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor, and implementing process improvements and standard operating procedures. The TECHNICAL DESIGN & PRODUCTION HEAD will collaborate with senior leadership on project planning, support customer-specific design requirements, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
