Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations qualified is responsible for managing endtoend commercial and operational activities supporting the organizations sales, procurement, logistics, and finance functions. The role ensures seamless execution of buying and selling processes, robust ERP and documentation control, timely invoicing and collections, vendor management, logistics coordination, and compliance with internal and external audits. This position acts as a key interface between Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth business operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Business Operations
- Manage endtoend commercial operations covering the complete buying and selling lifecycle.
- Provide continuous commercial support and clarifications to Sales and Marketing teams to enable smooth order conversions and deal closures.
- Issue operational and commercial guidelines to the Sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize and expedite critical transactions based on business urgency and operational impact.
ERP, Invoicing & MIS
- Maintain and monitor ERP systems for sales orders, procurement entries, inventory tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Handle raising, verification, and closure of sales invoices in coordination with Finance and Sales teams.
- Generate and analyze MIS and commercial reports to support management review and decisionmaking.
Procurement (Domestic & Imports)
- Handle endtoend procurement operations for domestic and USD/import purchases, including vendor coordination and documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with sales forecasts and delivery commitments.
- Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Accounts Receivable & Vendor Management
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoice submission, payment followups, and collections.
