Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the secured loan portfolio (HL LAP) for the assigned branch
- Drive business sourcing through: Open market channels, Connectors/DSAs, Builders
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Candidates handling both HL LAP will be preferred
- Education: Graduate (mandatory)
- Age: Up to 32 years
- CIBIL Score: Minimum 660
- Employment stability required (No employment gaps of more than 6 months)
- Rehires: Not eligible
Compensation: CTC: Up to 5 LPA (depending on experience and performance)
Incentives as per company policy
Target: Candidate should be target-driven with a strong sales orientation
