Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions that address these needs.
- Monitor project progress regularly and report back to donors/stakeholders on outcomes achieved.
- Provide training sessions for beneficiaries on skill development programs like MSW (Master's in Social Work) or other relevant fields.
- Develop and implement community development projects to improve social welfare, healthcare, education, and economic conditions in rural areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in community development or a related field.
- Proficiency in mobilization techniques for engaging communities in development initiatives.
- Solid understanding of social science principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
