Role Description
The Product Development Manager will lead end-to-end development of skincare products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Mamamiac’s brand values and quality standards. This full-time, in office role based in Kerala, India involves conducting market and consumer research, defining product requirements, and collaborating with R&D;, marketing, and sales teams to shape the product roadmap.



The manager will oversee formulation testing, compliance checks, and packaging decisions, while coordinating timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. They will continuously evaluate product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive innovation that supports safe, simple, and effective skincare solutions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and consumer insight skills to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the skincare category.
