Role Description
The User Experience Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging experiences across Superfan’s mobile and web applications. This full-time, remote role involves conducting user research, developing user flows, and designing wireframes and prototypes that align with product goals and cultural context. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and engineering teams, refining interaction patterns,



and iterating on designs based on user feedback and data. The designer will ensure that gameplay, quizzes, and learning journeys are accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for users across different regions and devices. The role also includes maintaining design systems and documentation to support consistent, scalable experiences.

Qualifications
- Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to define problems, ideate solutions, and design user-centered journeys.
- Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping to create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes using up-to-date design tools.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, communicating design decisions clearly, and iterating
