Designation: Executive Alumni Data & Database Management

Experience
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, database management, CRM, administration, alumni relations, placements, or data management.
- Experience in alumni engagement, institutional databases, or educational institutions will be preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn research, CRM software, and Power BI will be an added advantage.

Age
- 22 to 30 years

Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA/M. Com/MCA/Equivalent) preferred.

Role Summary

The Executive – Alumni Data & Database Management will be responsible for collecting, verifying, organizing, and maintaining the University's centralized alumni database. The role focuses on data mining, alumni profiling, database accuracy, MIS reporting, and analytics to support alumni engagement, placements, mentoring, corporate relations, accreditation, rankings, and other institutional initiatives. The position requires close coordination with internal departments, alumni,



and external platforms to ensure reliable and updated alumni information.

Roles and Responsibilities

Alumni Database Management
- Collect, verify, update, and maintain accurate alumni information from various internal and external sources.
- Ensure the alumni database remains centralized, organized, and regularly updated.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Data Mining & Research
- Conduct data mining through LinkedIn, company websites, alumni networks, and other professional platforms.
- Research and identify missing alumni information for database enrichment.
- Verify employment, designation, and qualified achievements of alumni.

Alumni Profiling & Segmentation
- Classify and segment alumni based on:
- Graduation Year & Programme
- Specialization
- Industry & Company
- Functional Area
- Designation (Executive to CXO)
- HR Professionals & Recruiters
- Entrepreneurs & Startup Foun
