Role Description
The Specialist Accounts role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Specialist Accounts team member will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities, including posting entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing,



and assisting with compliance-related documentation. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and international clients to clarify requirements, resolve accounting queries, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. The role also includes using accounting software and tools, following standardized processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role and Responsibly
- Managing the team of 4 to 6 Staff Accountants/Jr. Staff Accountant.
- Operate, support and review the day-to-day accounting operations and processes for designated clients.
- Review month-end reconciliations, schedules as per the standard accounting practices. Prepare month end review notes and analytical report as per requirement.
- Scrutinize the general ledger, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
