Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Procurement:
Oversee end-to-end purchasing of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and surgical consumables.
- Inventory Control:
Implement ABC/FSN analysis across central stores, pharmacy, and OTs to minimize stock-outs and expiry leakages.
- Cost Optimization:
Drive cost-reduction initiatives through volume-buying and high-value vendor negotiations.
- Compliance & Leadership:
Maintain full alignment with NABH standards while leading a high-performing regional SCM team.
Who We Are Looking For
- 12–18 years of healthcare supply chain leadership experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Master negotiator with an in-depth understanding of the Gujarat healthcare market.
