Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced International IT Operations Manager based in our India office to lead and manage our global IT operations outside the US. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and security services across multiple countries and regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives across all international offices.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals located in various countries, ensuring cohesion and effective collaboration.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications systems.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline IT support processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with global IT security policies, standards, and regulations.



Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage IT budgets for international operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT risks, including data breaches, system failures, and business continuity planning. Provide Tier 3/4 support for infrastructure and security-related incidents and escalations.
- Documentation: Maintain IT infrastructure and support process documentation and diagrams.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in managing IT operations in a global or multinational environment. Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage geographically
