Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with construction regulations.
- Verify measurements, bills, and material usage.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–8 years in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, BOQ, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Salary & Advantages
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
