Job Description

Plastech Solutions is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing operations and must preferably be from the Plastic Manufacturing/Plastic Injection Moulding Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
- Manage manpower allocation and shop floor activities.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Minimize production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, 5S,



and safety practices across the production floor.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods as per production planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10 to 12 years of experience in production,
- Candidates from the Plastic Manufacturing/Plastic Injection Moulding Industry will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality control, and team management.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
