Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused
Associate Project Manager
to drive client projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup workplace, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in launching and managing 0-to-1 client initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
- Drive end-to-end execution of client projects, including 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Resource & Budget Management
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure effective allocation of team capacity.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, and accountability across stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
