About the Role

Maa Khudargarhi Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Import Export Documentation Executive to manage export-import documentation, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bill of lading, certificates of origin, and customs documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Handle export and import correspondence with international customers and suppliers.
- Verify LC (Letter of Credit), bank documentation, and payment-related documents.
- Maintain records of shipments, invoices,



and trade-related documents.
- Assist in customs clearance and logistics coordination.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in import-export documentation.
- Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, EXIM procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling export documentation for agricultural commodities, rice, minerals, or industrial products.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures, INCOTERMS, and logistics management.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
