Work Mode
- Work From Office (Within Travel Boundary and travel exceptions upto 30K)

Experience
- 2–4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
- Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting

Key Skills
- Credit risk assessment (4Cs)
- Income calculation (Salaried & Self-Employed)
- Bank Statement & Full Doc underwriting
- DSCR knowledge preferred
- Review of appraisals, title, lien position & ownership documents
- Loan structuring & underwriting decisions
- Experience working on Encompass LOS
- Strong communication skills

Educational Qualification
- HSC or Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Salary

Up to 9.5 LPA
- 72,790 in-hand
- 2,750 Monthly Incentive
- Travel Allowance:
- 3,500 (Both Ways)
- 1,750 (One Way)

Shift
- US Shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Rotational 9-hour shift
- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
