About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) consulting services across West India. The role will focus on acquiring new clients in the
Pharmaceutical, Solar, Chemical, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Multinational
sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent business opportunities for EPR and ESG consulting services.
- Identify and engage CXOs, Plant Heads, EHS Heads, Sustainability Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Compliance Managers.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, industry associations, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with large manufacturing companies,



pharmaceutical organizations, solar manufacturers, and multinational corporations.
- Conduct client presentations, understand business challenges, and position tailored sustainability and compliance solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and consulting teams to prepare proposals and close business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade forums.

Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong network in the Pharma, Solar, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors in Gujarat and West India.
- Experience selling consulting services, industrial solutions, certifications, compliance services, automation, engineering products, or technical services will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
