Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Resource Management Group (RMG) Specialist for a leading MNC. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in resource allocation, workforce planning, demand forecasting, resource utilization, stakeholder management, and project coordination within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Allocate resources based on project requirements, skills, and availability.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Business Units for effective resource planning.
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize workforce productivity.
- Forecast resource demand and supply for upcoming projects.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend hiring, training, or certification plans.
- Maintain resource inventory including skills, experience, and project history.




- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of resource requirements.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to manage resource expectations.
- Generate utilization reports, staffing dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement in resource management processes and planning.
