Chemico Health & Beauty India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Event Organizer to independently plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, customer meetings, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong organizational, vendor management, and communication skills to ensure successful event execution while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, customer meetings, and supplier events.
- Coordinate event schedules, budgets, logistics, and in office execution.
- Manage exhibition booth setup, branding, promotional materials, and event operations.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with venues, hotels, caterers, travel agencies, and other vendors.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees and guests.
- Monitor event budgets, expenses, vendor invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate event branding, invitations, registrations, and communication with attendees.




- Ensure smooth event execution, compliance with company standards, and prompt issue resolution.
- Prepare post-event reports and maintain event records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for future events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Experience
- 2 -4 years of experience in corporate event management, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, or travel coordination.
- Experience in managing B2B exhibitions and corporate events is preferred.
