Role Description
The Growth Marketing Apprentice is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, focused on supporting brand and business growth initiatives. The apprentice will assist in executing growth experiments, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing user behavior to identify opportunities for acquisition and retention. Daily tasks include supporting campaign planning, coordinating with design and sales teams, preparing performance reports, and helping optimize marketing funnels across digital channels.
The role also involves maintaining clear documentation, contributing ideas to improve brand visibility, and learning core growth marketing practices under the guidance of senior team members.
