Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation as per DGFT, Customs, and company policies.
- Prepare, verify, and approve export/import documents
- Ensure timely uploading and processing of export/import documents in SAP and related systems.
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Oversee container dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery status for export and import consignments.
- Review and approve transportation, CHA, shipping line, and Concor bills before forwarding to accounts.
- Monitor and maintain export/import master data, trackers, registers, and MIS reports.
- Handle Advance License, EPCG, RoDTEP, Drawback, IGST refund, SIMS, EODC, and BRC documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, FTP, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for submission of shipping documents, BOE copies, SB regularization, and payment formalities.
- Supervise import payment processing, approvals,



and documentation with finance/accounts team.
- Support audits by providing accurate export/import records and explanations.
- Guide and supervise junior executives in documentation and process adherence.
- Liaise with management for reporting, escalations, and process improvements.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by HOD/Management related to exportimport operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 9-14 years of experience in export–import documentation from manufacturing/FMCG/pharma industry preferred
- Experience in handling end-to-end export & import processes
- MBA (Foreign Trade or International Marketing) or relevant qualifications.
