About the Role: Gallagher Re is looking for enthusiastic 2025 & 2026 graduates to join our Reinsurance Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the global reinsurance industry, gaining exposure across multiple business functions and working with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across reinsurance functions such as:
- Facultative Reinsurance
- Claims
- Premium Processing
- Placement & Billing (P&B;)
- Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and processing of transactions
- Work closely with global teams and stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain and update records in internal systems
- Assist in reconciliation, reporting, and query resolution
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2025 or 2026 batch
- Open to candidates from Commerce, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Positive analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred
