Job Summary

Didar Honda Motors is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience is Mandatory with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tele Calling Executive, Telecaller, or Customer Relationship Executive (Mandatory)
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Strong convincing and customer handling abilities
- Immediate joiners will be preferred





Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Schedule customer appointments and maintain call records.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the system.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
