The role is responsible for driving the Annual IPG Sales Target through effective pre-order and post-order activities, strong client engagement, and strategic market development across the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Order ActivitiesGenerate business inquiries through direct customers and international agents, ensuring timely reporting and regular updates in SFDC.Monitor and maintain a robust project pipeline within the assigned region.Engage with prospects, consultants, EPC contractors, and end clients (refineries, petrochemical, fertilizer, and chemical plants) to identify potential opportunities.Understand client requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions along with techno-commercial proposals within stipulated timelines.Lead and participate in negotiations with clients to successfully close orders.Drive market share growth and strengthen brand presence in the assigned geography.Proactively initiate prequalification processes with licensors, national oil companies, EPCs,
and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
2. Post-Order ActivitiesConduct kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders to align on project scope and commitments.Provide ongoing support to the Projects team during execution to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Customer & Stakeholder EngagementShare customer feedback with internal stakeholders and ensure timely actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Market DevelopmentCollaborate with the marketing team to participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
