Key Responsibilities

∙Project Planning — Build schedules, allocate resources, and define milestones.

∙Workflow Management — Manage the full postproduction pipeline from storyboard to final output.

∙Team Coordination — Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve blockers across teams.

∙Client Communication — Lead calls, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.

∙Risk & Issue Management — Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.

∙Quality Oversight — Ensure outputs meet instructional, visual, and technical standards.

∙Budget Tracking — Monitor effort, utilisation, and cost adherence.

∙Documentation — Maintain trackers, reports, and version logs.

∙Vendor Coordination — Manage external editors, animators, or production partners when required.

∙AIEnabled Projecting — Use AI tools for scheduling, risk prediction, and workflow optimisation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

∙Project Management Methods — Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

∙Communication Excellence — Clear, structured communication with teams and clients.

Qualifications

∙Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

∙3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in eLearning or digital production.

∙Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is an advantage.

Pay: ₹618,562.09 - ₹800,000.00 per year
