Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented General Ledger (GL) Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting Operations (FAO) team. If you have solid expertise in the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, fixed assets, intercompany, and clearing accounts.
Handle fixed asset accounting, depreciation, disposals,



and intercompany reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits through financial schedules and variance analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce close cycle time.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in General Ledger, R2R, or Corporate Accounting.
Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is an added advantage.
