Role Description
The Customer Success Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, guiding applicants through Canada immigration and visa processes, and ensuring a smooth, informative experience from initial consultation to post-submission follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client goals, explaining relevant immigration pathways,



coordinating with internal experts, and monitoring application progress to proactively address issues. The Customer Success Manager will handle customer inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain detailed records to support high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to improve services, and contributing to best practices that strengthen client trust and long-term engagement.
