Atal Incubation Centre - Pondicherry Engineering College Foundation (AIC-PECF) is an Academic Incubation Centre funded by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India. It supports young entrepreneurs in launching startups for the commercial use of their technologies. Located in Puducherry, AIC-PECF specializes in areas such as Electronics Design and Manufacturing (EDM), Internet of Things (IoT), and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). The center provides resources that empower innovators to pursue entrepreneurial goals, offering mentorship, technology support, fab lab facilities, and assistance with intellectual property processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Incubation Manager based in Puducherry. The Incubation Manager will oversee the daily operations of the incubation center, facilitate support and resources for startups, and manage relationships with mentors and the entrepreneurial community. Responsibilities include coordinating events and workshops, assessing and nurturing startup ideas, managing facilities,



and providing business development support to incubatees.

Essential qualifications

1. Master’s degree in any field of science, technology, engineering, business, or Social Works
2. 3+ years of professional work experience post essential educational qualification with minimum 2+ years of active work experience in the filed of Startup and Innovation ecosystem.

Desired Skill Sets/Experience

1. Positive understanding of the innovation, entrepreneurship startup ecosystem.
2. Develop and execute strategy for outreach, hunting, attracting and on boarding deserving and qualified innovative entrepreneurs, and start-ups.
3. Designing & managing Incubation and Acceleration programs.
4. Provide high-quality mentorship and advisory support to entrepreneurs.
5. Manage the day- to- day interaction with the Incubatees.
6. Ensure tight management of milestones and progress of entrepreneurs and start-up compan
