We are looking for a creative, strategic, and business-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can drive the company's marketing initiatives and contribute directly to business growth. The ideal candidate should understand how marketing supports sales, build effective go-to-market strategies, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence.
While hands-on knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing is important, the primary focus of this role is marketing strategy, demand generation, brand building, and revenue-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
● Plan quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
● Identify current marketing opportunities and growth channels.
Business & Sales Alignment
● Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to understand customer needs and improve lead quality.
● Build marketing campaigns that support the sales pipeline and improve conversions.
● Understand customer journeys and optimize marketing touchpoints.
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
● Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
● Drive inbound marketing initiatives to generate qualified B2B leads.
● Explore new channels and partnerships for business growth.
Brand Marketing
● Strengthen the company's positioning across digital platforms.
● Build thought leadership through LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, webinars, and industry events.
● Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
Campaign Planning
● Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
● Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and development teams for campaign execution.
● Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance.
