Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Graduate.
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with proven team management experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
