Accountabilities
As a Payroll Coordinator,



you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining compliance, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring accurate financial administration. You will act as a key point of contact for payroll-related matters while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Manage the complete payroll cycle for employees, including preparation, validation, processing, and payment coordination.
- Support payroll operations for employees based in South Korea, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement corrections when required.
- Validate payroll information against employee records, client inputs, and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain payroll schedules, KPI tracking, internal reporting, and master payroll data.
- Ensure employee payments are processed accurately and within required timelines.
