Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a SolidWorks-Windchill Integration Engineer. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing integration between SolidWorks and Windchill PLM, ensuring smooth data exchange, version control, and workflow automation. The engineer will collaborate with product, engineering,



and CAD teams to gather requirements, define integration use cases, and optimize processes for 3D product development. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting integration issues, performing root cause analysis, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting system upgrades or enhancements. The role also includes working with APIs or middleware, testing integration solutions, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to translate complex CAD/PLM requirements into robust integration solutions.
- Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving SolidWorks-Windchill integration and performance issues.
- Experience in Software Development, including scripting or programming (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, or relevant APIs) for integration customization.
