We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified to lead hiring across Technology, Digital, Analytics, Data Science, AI, and key Corporate Functions. The incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, leadership hiring, employer branding initiatives, talent pipelining, and recruitment process excellence while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning Drive end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Digital, Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Product, and Corporate Functions.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and hiring strategy.
- Manage lateral, leadership, niche, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future skill requirements.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide market intelligence,
