Role Summary
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM / IRM Lead (SNOW SME) to own end-to-end governance, administration and operational excellence of the ServiceNow platform. The role will manage CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Change & Release Management, application onboarding, integrations, governance, risk and cloud service visibility while ensuring application stability and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform governance and administration.
- Manage and maintain CMDB, CSDM and overall ServiceNow data quality.
- Drive ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
- Manage application onboarding/offboarding, application packages and deployment governance.
- Ensure end-to-end maintenance and lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
- Work with ITOM teams on Discovery, Service Mapping and integrations.
- Support ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management/GRC), risk registers, compliance and remediation.
- Monitor vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation and security governance.




- Manage AWS and Azure subscriptions, cloud user activity and access governance.
- Build and track ITSM Performance Metrics/KPIs, SLA dashboards and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security and business stakeholders.
