Job Summary:

Seeking a healthcare professional for patient care, field surveys, and community outreach to support grassroots healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient health, and assist in recovery
- Administer medication and support medical procedures
- Conduct door-to-door surveys and collect healthcare data
- Educate communities on diseases and nearby healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in the system
- Assist mobile medical units (Care on Wheels)
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and inventory management
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff

Requirements:
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Positive communication & fieldwork readiness
- Basic clinical and data management skills
