Role Description
The Human Resources Trainee will support the HR team in daily operations and learn core HR practices in an on-site role based in Chennai. Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and helping coordinate employee benefits and engagement activities. The trainee will contribute to HR documentation,



basic reporting, and data entry, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, responding to routine employee queries, and participating in HR projects and process improvements under supervision.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
- Ability to support HR Management and Personnel Management activities.
- Understanding of HR Policies and interest in learning compliance and best practices.
- Basic awareness of Employee Advantages administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; comfort working with spreadsheets
