Role & responsibilities

1. Development of PMC Services & Project Quality (Solar/Wind/Hybrid)
- Develop and enhance Project Management Consultancy (PMC) service offerings.
- Develop region wise team to support PMC services
- Establish project quality standards and ensure adherence across sites.

1. Project Costing & Estimation
- Prepare project costing, budgeting, and resource estimation.
- Support proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions with accurate estimates.
- Ensure cost optimization in coordination with procurement and BD teams.

1. Manpower Planning & Sourcing
- Determine manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with HR teams for sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical staff.
- Ensure timely mobilization of trained personnel to project sites.

1. Client Coordination CV Submission & Interviews
- Manage CV submissions in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, ensuring smooth candidate interactions.
- Act as the primary communication point for staffing and recruitment for renewable projects.

Site Setup & Resource Mobilization
- Oversee initial site setup including lodging, boarding, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost-effective arrangements without compromising safety or quality.
- Monitor timely mobilization of manpower, tools, and equipment (if required).

1. Support to Other Branch Offices
- Assist branch teams with manpower sourcing, CV evaluation, and interview coordination.
- Ensure alignment of standards and processes across regions.

1. EndtoEnd Project Execution
- Oversee complete execution of renewable projects with support from project coordinators.
- Track progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality norms.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary.
