As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Mortgage Processing Executives to join our Ahmedabad team and support international mortgage brokers and financial services firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion for international mortgage brokers
- Review client documentation, including income, bank statements, identification, and supporting financial documents
- Prepare and organise mortgage files for submission
- Track application progress and manage outstanding conditions
- Liaise with mortgage advisers and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
- Maintain accurate records across mortgage systems and CRMs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed turnaround times
What We're Looking For
- 1–5+ years of experience in mortgage processing, mortgage operations, underwriting support, or credit assessment
- Experience working with mortgage brokers, banks, lenders, or mortgage service providers
- Experience with UK, Australian, New Zealand, or US mortgage processes is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working with mortgage software, CRM platforms, and digital document management systems
