Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to manage project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, treasury, working capital, and internal controls. The role requires robust exposure to project-based businesses such as EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, or Water Treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project accounting, cost control, WIP, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and variance reporting.
- Handle revenue recognition and contract accounting.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Support treasury activities including BGs, PBGs, and LCs.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.




- Coordinate with auditors and support audit closure.
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and ERP-driven process improvements.
- Partner with project and commercial teams for financial decision-making.

Qualifications
- CMA
- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com

Experience
- 7-10 years in EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Water Treatment, Irrigation, or other project-based industries.
- ERP experience is mandatory.
