Role Description:

The Product Research Intern role is a remote, full time contract position focused on understanding fan behaviour, digital communities,



user needs, and product-market fit for PersonaMatrix.

The intern will interact with fandom communities, conduct user interviews, support prototype testing, study online conversations, and identify what motivates fans to engage repeatedly with AI-driven characters and interactive media experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product and market research, recruiting fans for interviews and usability testing, mapping fandom trends, monitoring digital communities, analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback, and converting research findings into actionable product recommendations.
