Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with a combination of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting sales planning and execution in the assigned region,



including prospecting new customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Fujitec’s range of elevators, escalators, and autowalks. The Assistant Sales Manager will prepare proposals and quotations, participate in tender processes, and coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, installation, and service to ensure accurate technical inputs and timely project delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales pipelines, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing sales reports, and maintaining up-to-date records in sales systems. The role also requires attending client meetings, site visits, and presentations, while upholding Fujitec’s safety, quality, and customer service standards.

- Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or infrastructure-related industries.
