Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, your qualified obligations shall be (but not limited to):

1. Project Execution & Site Management:

o Overall responsibility for site execution, planning, monitoring, and control of projects.

o Coordinate daily site activities ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

o Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

o Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

o Ensure discipline, productivity, and motivation of site teams.

2. Planning & Scheduling:

o Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules in line with master plan

o Track progress against milestones and take corrective actions for delays.

o Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

3. Cost & Budget Control:

o Monitor project costs and ensure execution w
