Role Description

The Senior Director Supply Chain is a full time,
on-site role based in Abroad
, responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. This role oversees production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials. The Senior Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, optimize supply chain processes, and manage key supplier relationships. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, identifying process improvements, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role also involves mentoring supply chain teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations, with experience leading complex, multi-location operations.




- Proficiency in Production Planning and Procurement, including vendor management and cost optimization.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and drive process improvements.
- Proven leadership experience in senior supply chain or operations roles, preferably in service-oriented or consulting environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems and familiarity with best practices in logistics and inventory control.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
